To ensure the ongoing protection of Unilever's customers and the brand from suspected counterfeit activity, Scout x Unilever have deployed a digital intake form empowering its users to submit suspect product leads directly to the Global Brand Protection team. This form systematically integrates with Unilever's Scout Case Management System. 

The fields that follow are all optional but keep in mind that any information is good information when it comes to learning more about dangerous counterfeit organizations and how their actions impact Unilever's customers.
