SCOUT allows for multiple assignments to each case. While adding investigation notes the user will enter the number of hours worked. These hours are then displayed in the Team tab and tallied against Approved Hours and Hours Remaining is automatically calculated.

If more hours are required for a case, additional Hours may be added in the Team tab. Click the Edit button next to the Additional Hours row – and add the number of additional hours to the Total Hours.
