The Diary is used to set reminders for upcoming events related to each case.

Diary Alerts

Tasks due on the current day or past due are shown in a side panel. An alert with a solid bell icon signifies that it is past-due, and an alert with a bell outline is due today. Mouse over the bell icon to see the exact due date.

Add Diary

To add a Diary, open a case and navigate to the Diary tab and click the “Add Diary” button. Here, you can specify the due date and description. Click the “Save” button to set the diary reminder.

The Diary tab at the top of the page will navigate to a consolidated list of your diaries for all cases. If you want to open a specific diary alert to either change the due date or comment text, click on the Edit icon.
