Case List
The information displayed on this page will be slightly different depending on the user. An investigator will only
see cases assigned to them, Clients will see only their cases, but Managers can see all the cases
in the system, etc.
- Each row is a unique case
- Column headings may be adjusted to display the most important information to your organizations.
- The list may be sorted by each column heading.
Case Status
Case activity is indicated by the colored icons in the left hand column. Click the status icon to access
the case information.
New
Indicates a new case has been added to the system. Once an Action Plan has been created, status is moved to Regular.
The alerts below can be set by the System Administrator to the number of days of inactivity on a case.
Yellow Alert
Indicates that an Action Plan has not been added for a specified number of days, – default is 3 days.
Orange Alert
– default is 21 days.
Red Alert
– default is 31 days.
Regular - "REG"
Indicates activity on a case within the last 3 days – this is the default setting.
Archived - "ARC"
Indicates a case has been archived after a final report has been submitted. A case can be re-opened from the Case Summary page at any time.
Pending - "PEN"
Indicates a Final Report has been submitted and the outcome has been
set to "Pending". This identifies cases where the surveillance work
is complete, but the final outcome is unknown at the time.
Bookmarks
The bookmarks section allows users quickly access cases they wish to keep top of mind or require special attention.
Rush Case
A case may be specified as a “rush case” during the case creation process. Rush cases are identified on the Case list page by a red
fire extinguisher icon in the far right column. Mouse over the icon, and the associated note will appear.
