Support

Ongoing support is available by phone and e-mail. Our service desk is available for questions, concerns, or problems by phone from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST, Monday to Friday. We also offer after-hours support for emergencies. support@scoutcms.com

Account Managers are available for regular meetings. This is a fast, convenient and easy way to ask questions, discuss issues, or offer comments and suggestions directly.

Data Migration

If your organization is moving to SCOUT from another method of electronically managing cases we can help transfer your current data into SCOUT rather than re-input the information manually.
